Turkish Airlines Launches Direct Flights to Bissau

Turkish Airlines (THY) continues to expand its flight network in Africa. According to a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the Board of Directors has decided to launch scheduled flights to Bissau, the capital of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, in line with market conditions and opportunities.

Within the scope of its strategic growth plan in Africa, Turkish Airlines aims to strengthen its global passenger network by adding new destinations. With the addition of the Bissau route, the number of THY’s destinations in Africa is expected to increase further.

Turkish Airlines announced that details regarding the launch date and flight schedule will be shared in the coming period.
