HÜRJET, Turkey’s first jet trainer and light attack aircraft, has taken to the skies once again with its second prototype. Developed by Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ), this latest prototype stands out with its striking special paint design.

The prototype’s livery features modern lines and dynamic color combinations, combining aesthetics with radar-absorbing properties, making it both visually impressive and functionally advanced.

A Major Leap in National Aviation

The HÜRJET project was launched in 2017 as part of Turkey’s vision to reduce foreign dependency in the defense industry. Following the successful maiden flight of the first prototype in 2023, the program has rapidly progressed. HÜRJET is designed to meet the training needs of the Turkish Armed Forces and establish a foothold in international markets.
