Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ) has announced that the ANKA-3 unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) carried out a controlled emergency landing during a test flight conducted as part of the Anatolian Eagle 2025 international exercise. The incident resulted in no casualties or material damage.

According to the statement released by TUSAŞ, the incident occurred at 19:16 on 25 June 2025. Flight safety protocols were immediately activated, and technical teams have launched a detailed investigation.
Emergency Landing Took Place in an Open Field in Selçuklu District
In a separate statement, the Konya Governorship confirmed that the ANKA-3 UAV made a controlled landing in an open field within the Selçuklu district of Konya. The UAV was brought down safely without causing any harm to the surrounding area.

Technical Investigation Underway
TUSAŞ emphasised that a comprehensive technical investigation is underway to assess the situation in terms of flight safety and system reliability. All possibilities are being thoroughly examined, including potential system malfunction or external factors.
