European aircraft manufacturer Airbus announced that its shares had lost value due to a new industrial quality issue detected in some aircraft from the A320 family. The company initiated an emergency software update, citing the risk that solar radiation could interfere with flight control data. Following this warning, software updates were completed on thousands of A320 family aircraft. However, this development led to a more than 10% drop in Airbus shares on the Paris Stock Exchange.
