Yesterday evening, a Mirage 2000 fighter jet operated by the Ukrainian Air Force crashed due to a technical malfunction during a mission flight. An official statement regarding the incident was released to the public by the Ukrainian Air Force.
According to aviation news sources, following the in-flight malfunction, the pilot quickly reacted and used the ejection seat to escape. Fortunately, there were no injuries or fatalities in the accident.
