The Paris Air Show, one of the world’s most prestigious aviation and aerospace events, opened its doors at Paris-Le Bourget Airport. Bringing together major global players in the aviation and defence industries, the fair marked a historic participation for the Turkish defence sector this year.
Baykar Technology made its debut at the Paris Air Show, showcasing its cutting-edge unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to the international community. Field-proven systems such as the Bayraktar TB2 and Bayraktar Akıncı drew significant attention from visitors.
Another noteworthy development during the event was the public introduction of LBA Systems, a joint venture formed between Baykar and the Italian defence and aerospace company Leonardo. This strategic partnership signals the beginning of a new era in defence cooperation between Turkey and Europe.
With the launch of LBA Systems, the goal is to foster collaboration in joint production, technology sharing, and innovative solutions across Europe.
