Turkish Airlines Issues Warning to Passengers: Some Flights Canceled

Turkish Airlines (THY) announced that some flights scheduled for today have been canceled due to adverse weather conditions and political unrest in the region. Disruptions are expected on flights between Diyarbakır, Baghdad, and Maputo.

In an official statement, THY confirmed that flights between Diyarbakır and Baghdad were canceled due to poor weather conditions. Passengers were advised to contact the call center or visit the airline’s website for assistance with ticket changes and refunds.

Maputo Flights Canceled Due to Political Unrest

Additionally, due to political instability in Maputo, the capital of Mozambique, flights between Johannesburg-Maputo and Maputo-Johannesburg have also been suspended. Turkish Airlines stated that it is carefully monitoring developments in the region and will reschedule flights based on security conditions.

Passenger Warning: Obtain Information on Canceled Flights

THY advised passengers affected by the cancellations to follow up on flight statuses and contact the airline for necessary adjustments. Support for ticket changes and refunds will be provided.
