Star Alliance member Turkish Airlines (THY) has expanded its codeshare agreement with Taiwan-based carrier EVA Air at the start of the Northern 2025/26 winter season. Under the new partnership, additional routes operated via Taipei Taoyuan Airport will offer passengers a wider network of connections.
The new routes have been gradually implemented since the end of October 2025. With this expansion, Turkish Airlines passengers will benefit from the convenience of through-ticketing and seamless travel on flights operated by EVA Air.
New Codeshare Routes
Under the expanded codeshare agreement between Turkish Airlines and EVA Air, the following routes operated by EVA Air will be marketed under Turkish Airlines’ flight code:
- Taipei Taoyuan – Bangkok Suvarnabhumi
- Taipei Taoyuan – Brisbane
- Taipei Taoyuan – Kuala Lumpur
- Taipei Taoyuan – Osaka Kansai
- Taipei Taoyuan – Sapporo New Chitose
- Taipei Taoyuan – Tokyo Narita
Strengthening the Global Network
This expansion further enhances Turkish Airlines’ presence in the Asia-Pacific region, offering passengers more destination options and convenient transfer opportunities.
Through EVA Air’s regional network via Taipei, Turkish Airlines aims to facilitate access to numerous destinations across the Far East and Oceania.
Both airlines, as members of Star Alliance, continue to expand their global flight networks while emphasising that the collaboration will improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
