Turkish Airlines (THY) has signed a long-term partnership agreement with CAE to enhance its operational efficiency and optimize disruption management. Under the agreement, the airline will implement CAE’s next-generation Crew Management product and the Unified Taskboard system developed for operation control centers (OCC). THY has also been using CAE’s Flight Plan Management solution for an extended period.
Innovation in Disruption Management with Unified Taskboard
The Unified Taskboard, developed by CAE to improve airline operations, optimizes disruption management by increasing situational awareness in operation control centers. This system consolidates data from various sources into a single screen, accelerating decision-making processes.
The real-time platform automatically calculates complex disruption scenarios encountered in daily operations and ranks the most suitable solutions, allowing users to make the most efficient decisions. The Crew Management platform aims to enhance crew efficiency, optimize operations, and speed up the resolution of flight disruptions.
Pascal Grenier, President of CAE’s Flight Solutions Division, commented on the collaboration:
