According to data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the January-June 2025 period reached 16.67%. Following this development, the year-end salary increase rate for Turkish Airlines (THY) employees has been finalized.
According to an exclusive report by Airline Haber, based on the provisions of the 28th Term Collective Bargaining Agreement, an additional raise equal to 10% of the CPI rate for the first six months is applied. As a result of this calculation, with an increase of 16.67% plus 1.66%, a total raise of 18.33% will be applied to THY employees’ salaries.
The determined raise rate will be valid until 31 December 2025.
2026 NEGOTIATIONS START ON JANUARY 1
Negotiations for the 29th Term Collective Bargaining Agreement, which will cover the financial and social rights of THY employees for 2026, will begin as of 1 January 2026.
