Swedish start-up Heart Aerospace is pioneering an eco-friendly future in aviation with its fully electric test aircraft, Heart X1. The test flight, scheduled for the first quarter of 2025, marks a significant milestone in the industry’s efforts to reduce carbon emissions.
A New Chapter in Electric Flights
The Gothenburg-based company has designed the ES-30, a 30-passenger aircraft intended for short take-offs and landings, offering a zero-emission range of 200 km. With its hybrid system, the range extends to 800 km. Commercial operations are planned to commence by 2028.
