TAV Operation Services has made a significant move in line with its global growth targets, launching its first operation in Japan within the Asia-Pacific region. The company has opened the new Turkish Airlines Lounge at Narita International Airport in Japan. This project was made possible through a strong collaboration with its Japanese partner, WAI Lounge Japan Inc. (WAI).

A Meeting Point of Global Standards and Local Cultures

The new Turkish Airlines Lounge at Narita International Airport was designed with a vision to redefine the passenger experience. Covering a total area of 1,476 square meters, the first phase of the lounge offers a 800-square-meter premium service area for passengers. This area stands out with services that blend Turkish hospitality with Japanese elegance.

Guests are welcomed with high-level comfort, from stylish architectural details to delicious buffets, VIP rooms, and relaxation areas offering views of the planes. The lounge also offers a unique experience with special menus combining Turkish and Japanese cuisine.

A New Era with Strong Partnerships

TAV Operation Services is carrying out this investment through the TAV-WAI Airport Services company, established as a 50-50 joint venture with its local partner, WAI Lounge Japan Inc. This partnership, combining local cultural understanding with global operational excellence, aims to enhance passenger satisfaction in the Asia-Pacific region.
