TAV Airports, Turkey’s leading global airport operator, has once again been awarded the Great Place to Work (GPTW) Certification based on employee satisfaction assessments. The certification process, conducted independently by the Great Place to Work Institute Turkey, relied on anonymous feedback from the company’s employees. Through comprehensive surveys, TAV’s performance in critical areas such as trust, team spirit, and employee engagement was evaluated.
“Our strength comes from our human capital”
Hakan Öker, Chief Human Resources Officer at TAV Airports, shared the following statement regarding the certification:
“For 25 years, we at TAV Airports have been striving to provide the best travel experience to our passengers. Today, in addition to operating 15 airports across 8 countries, we also operate in over 100 airports in more than 30 countries through our subsidiaries. At the heart of this success lies the dedication and expertise of over 42,000 colleagues. This certification, achieved through the direct involvement of our employees, is a great source of pride for us. Drawing strength from our human capital, we continue on our path by placing the employee experience at the core of our corporate priorities.”
