One of Turkey’s leading aircraft maintenance and repair organizations (MRO), Turkish Airlines Technic Inc., has signed new Component Pool and Landing Gear Maintenance Agreements with Turkish Airlines and SunExpress. Under these agreements, SunExpress will be able to leverage the expertise of Turkish Airlines Technic Inc. for a broad component inventory and maintenance capabilities over the next five years.
According to the agreement, component support for SunExpress’s Boeing 737NG and Boeing 737MAX fleets will be provided, minimizing the downtime of aircraft. The second agreement covers landing gear maintenance and repair operations as well as spare parts supply for SunExpress’s Boeing 737NG fleet. These collaborations will support SunExpress’s operational continuity and ensure that its fleet remains ready for flight.
