SunExpress Airlines has announced that it will be hiring cabin crew members for the summer season. The criteria for candidates and the application process have been disclosed.
With over 30 years of experience, SunExpress, one of Turkey’s leading airlines, has started recruiting cabin crew members. The company, which currently serves passengers with over 1,700 cabin crew members, will be hiring new staff for the summer season. Candidates can apply both as experienced and inexperienced cabin crew members.
Cities and Locations for Recruitment
SunExpress will conduct its recruitment process at interview centres in Antalya and Izmir. However, the main base for recruitment will be in Muğla/Dalaman. This seasonal job opportunity offers 9 months of full-time work, with no work in December, January, and February.
General Requirements for Candidates
The general criteria required for candidates applying for cabin crew positions at SunExpress are as follows:
- Must be a Turkish citizen and hold a Turkish passport.
- For both experienced and inexperienced cabin crew candidates, applicants must be between 18 and 40 years old.
- Minimum high school graduate, with a foreign high school diploma equivalence certificate if studied abroad.
- Proficient in Turkish and English (additional languages are preferred).
- Female candidates must be at least 1.55m tall and male candidates at least 1.60m, with a suitable weight proportion.
- Well-groomed appearance and proficient swimming skills.
- Male candidates must have completed military service or be exempt for at least one year.
- Candidates must reside or be able to reside in Antalya/Dalaman.
Job Description and Working Conditions
The cabin crew position at SunExpress offers a dynamic working environment and international experience. A full-time 9-month contract will be provided during the summer season, with no work during December, January, and February. The contract will be for a fixed term, expiring on 31st November 2025. However, based on performance, contracts may be extended indefinitely.
Application and Selection Process
The application process will occur in two steps:
First Step:
- Candidates who meet the criteria will receive an exam invitation via SMS or email.
- An English proficiency test (online) and a competency inventory (online) will be conducted.
- Successful candidates will be invited for a panel interview.
Second Step:
- The panel interview (45 minutes) will be conducted face-to-face.
Positions are available in both Antalya and Dalaman.
