A notable management change has taken place at IGA Istanbul Airport. Selda Seçkinler, who has extensive experience in the field of human resources, has been appointed as the Deputy General Manager responsible for Human Resources. Seçkinler will officially assume her new role as of April 7, 2025.

Before her new role at IGA, Selda Seçkinler served as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Kale Group. Throughout her career, she has achieved numerous successes in the field of human resources. Recently, she was recognized as one of Turkey’s “Top 50 Most Influential CHROs,” further solidifying her leadership in the industry.
Handover Took Place at the End of 2024
The role that Seçkinler is taking over was previously held by Seda Kaplan Erdoğan in 2023. Erdoğan stepped down from the position at the end of 2024. The appointment process for her successor was carefully managed by a professional consultancy firm.
