Corendon Airlines, one of Europe’s leading holiday-focused airlines, continues to strengthen its management team in 2025, the year it celebrates its 20th anniversary. The company has appointed Paul Schwaiger, an experienced figure in the aviation industry, as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Takes Over from Mine Aslan

Schwaiger, who took over the role from Mine Aslan, who had successfully managed Corendon Airlines’ commercial operations for many years, had been serving as a strategic consultant with the company since March 2024. During this time, he made significant contributions to streamlining the commercial structure and developing growth strategies.

Yıldıray Karaer, Chairman of the Board of Corendon Airlines, commented on the appointment:

Schwaiger, who began his career at Lufthansa, held various management roles in Germany and Asia. He has taken on key positions at holiday-focused airlines such as SunExpress and Condor. He has played an active role in the development of the tourism market from German-speaking countries to Turkey. Schwaiger is known as an expert in sales, revenue management, and collaborations with tour operators.

In 2025, celebrating its 20th anniversary, Corendon Airlines will offer flights from the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Austria, and Switzerland to popular destinations such as Turkey, Spain, Greece, and Egypt.
