After eight years of significant achievements as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at SunExpress, Peter Glade is departing from the company. Starting November 1, he will be joining Tui Airline. SunExpress, a joint venture between Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines, is closing an important chapter with Glade’s departure.
During his time at SunExpress, Glade led commercial strategies and achieved substantial growth, particularly in the holiday-focused flight market. His efforts strengthened SunExpress’s competitive position, turning it into a key player in the leisure travel industry.
Before joining SunExpress, Peter Glade also had a notable career, playing a pivotal role in Austrian Airlines’ strategic restructuring and overseeing sales and marketing for Star Alliance. While SunExpress management wished Glade success in his new role, they emphasized their commitment to maintaining the company’s commercial structure and competitive strength.
