A Harrowing Three-Hour Journey Ends in Kayseri
The plane departed from Istanbul’s Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 4:00 p.m. yesterday, only to face turbulent weather that turned the approximately three-hour flight into a dangerous ordeal. Thanks to the efforts of the air traffic control team and flight crew, the aircraft managed to land safely at Kayseri Erkilet Airport.
Stranded Passengers, Lack of Support
After the emergency landing, passengers stranded at Kayseri Airport received assistance from medical teams. However, some passengers took to social media, alleging that the airline left them unsupported, reportedly telling them to “make their own arrangements” for onward travel.
