Pegasus Flight Training Centre Liquidation Process Completed

Pegasus Airlines has announced the completion of the liquidation process for Pegasus Flight Training Centre Inc. (PUEM), with which it had collaborated as part of its investments in flight training. Pegasus held a 49.40% stake in PUEM, which provided Boeing 737 simulator flight training services between 2010 and 2023, making significant contributions to fleet planning.

The liquidation process commenced following a unanimous decision by shareholders at the General Assembly meeting held on 28 December 2023. As a result of the proceedings, PUEM was officially removed from the trade registry as of 27 February 2025.

In a statement, Pegasus Airlines highlighted that the liquidation aligned with the company’s long-term fleet planning and strategic objectives. The statement noted, “Our collaboration with PUEM has provided valuable contributions in parallel with our evolving training needs. Moving forward, we will continue to take steps to advance our training infrastructure.”
