Turkey’s low-cost airline brand, Pegasus Airlines, took part in another meaningful event in line with its social responsibility vision.
At the 47th Istanbul Marathon, Pegasus employees came together under the slogan “#EducationNeverStops” (“#EğitimdeDurDurakYok”) to run for the Turkish Education Foundation.
Pegasus volunteers took every step to support young people’s education. Throughout the marathon, participants highlighted the power of education with the messages they carried and brought hope to students through donation campaigns.
While making contributions to education—one of the key components of sustainable development—a part of its corporate culture, Pegasus Airlines continues to support its community-oriented projects through employee volunteering.
Pegasus volunteers who joined the marathon said, “Every step we take together brings hope for the future,” taking hundreds of kilometres of steps in solidarity to contribute to equal opportunities in education.
