TAV Airports has announced a change in its Board of Directors. In a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company announced that the current Chairman of the Board, Edward Rodolphe Paul Arkwright, has stepped down, and Board Member Xavier Hürstel has been appointed as the new Chairman.

TAV Airports included the following in their statement:
“Mr. Edward Rodolphe Paul Arkwright, Chairman of the Board of TAV Airports, has stepped down from his position. Our Board Member Mr. Xavier Hürstel will continue his role as Chairman of the Board.”
Xavier Hürstel, who has been serving as a Board Member, is known for his experience in international aviation and management. In the new period, Hürstel is set to lead TAV Airports’ growth strategies and aims to contribute to the company’s global objectives.
