Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (ISG) has added a new European destination to its flight network: Cluj-Napoca!
Cluj-Napoca, one of Romania’s cultural and economic hubs, is now accessible to travellers with direct flights from Sabiha Gökçen three times a week. Considered the gateway to Central Europe, Cluj stands out with its historical charm, vibrant social life, and nature-integrated atmosphere.
With this new route, Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport now offers direct connections to 145 destinations — 106 international across 52 countries and 39 domestic. This growing flight network continues to connect Istanbul with the world and strengthen Turkey’s position in global aviation.
With Cluj-Napoca as its newest destination, ISG aims to serve as a key bridge for both tourism and business travel, offering passengers more options and a more comfortable travel experience.
