Kenya Airways Warns Public About Fake Pilot

Kenya Airways (KQ) has raised the alarm regarding a fake pilot posing a serious safety threat in the aviation industry. The airline issued an important warning to safeguard its operations and raise public awareness.

Fake Pilot’s Identity Uncovered

According to Kenya Airways, the fake pilot, James Mwangi, falsely presented himself as a captain of the airline, distributing fake business cards and making unfounded claims about his affiliation with the company.

To expose the deception, the airline prominently stamped “FAKE” on one of these counterfeit business cards and cautioned the public to avoid any communication with this individual.

In a statement, Kenya Airways officials said, “Please be alert to a fake captain by the name James Mwangi, who has been issuing business cards and falsely claiming to be a Kenya Airways employee.”
