Recruitment Days and Exclusive Opportunities in the Partnership
TUI Airways will hold its first recruitment days at Leading Edge Aviation’s facilities, providing an opportunity for direct interaction with student pilots. Based on their performance during training, selected students will be “chosen” by TUI and offered conditional job offers.
The first group of selected students is expected to join TUI Airways by the end of the summer of 2025 and begin their active flying careers in 2026. Thanks to this partnership, students’ transition from graduation to employment will be expedited, laying a strong foundation for their careers.
