Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen, Turkey’s second busiest and Europe’s ninth busiest airport, introduced SAVVy at the “AI Solutions in Aviation: CRM and Passenger Experience” session organized by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). This pioneering digital assistant is designed to respond instantly to passengers’ frequently asked questions, enhancing customer satisfaction and enabling airport staff to handle more complex inquiries more effectively.
