ACI Customer Experience Manager Krystyna Pokholchuk Visited İGA Istanbul Airport

İGA Istanbul Airport hosted Krystyna Pokholchuk, Airport Customer Experience Accreditation Manager at ACI (Airports Council International), one of the key representatives of international aviation standards. Pokholchuk met with İGA Airport CEO Selahattin Bilgen and his team to receive detailed information about customer experience processes.
