- Maximum Sustained G: Increased from 5.5G to 6.3G at 15,000 feet altitude.
- Climb Rate: Improved by 9,500 feet/min, now achieving 48,500 feet/min.
- Payload Capacity: Enhanced by 1,500 lb, reaching a total capacity of 7,500 lb.
The Role and Future of Hürjet
Designed to replace T-38 jet trainer aircraft and F-5 aerobatic demonstration jets in the Turkish Air Force inventory, Hürjet offers capabilities beyond meeting modern training needs, including:
- Light attack missions
- Aerial patrol operations
- Aerobatic demonstrations
Hürjet’s Testing Achievements
Hürjet completed its maiden flight on April 25, 2023, and has successfully conducted over 150 test activities so far.
- Prototype 1: Surpassed Mach 1 by climbing to 45,000 feet, crossed the Mediterranean, and participated in the Egypt International Aviation Expo. It performed a demonstration flight near the Giza Pyramids, garnering international attention.
- Prototype 2 (P2): Completed its first flight on November 12, 2024, remaining airborne for 26 minutes, reaching speeds of 200 knots and an altitude of 10,000 feet. P2 conducted a second flight on November 21, 2024, after receiving special livery.








Progress in Mass Production
Mass production of Hürjet continues at full speed, with the first deliveries to the Turkish Air Force Command planned for 2026.
