Iran’s Civil Aviation Organization announced that, following comprehensive security evaluations across the country, all airports—except those in Isfahan and Tabriz—are now open for flights between 05:00 and 18:00.
In its statement, the Organization emphasized that the decision was made with the approval of the Civil Aviation Coordination Committee after thoroughly reviewing current security conditions. The new regulation applies to both domestic and international flights.
The statement also noted that night flight restrictions will continue in the eastern airspace, but Isfahan and Tabriz airports will also reopen for flights once the necessary preparations are completed.
Civil aviation officials highlighted that the decision prioritizes passenger safety and aims for the gradual normalization of airline operations.
