An AJet Airlines passenger plane operating the Düsseldorf – Ankara route was diverted to Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, due to a medical emergency.
According to reports, a passenger suddenly fell ill during the flight, prompting the cabin crew to inform the captain. The pilot decided to divert to Belgrade for immediate medical assistance.
The plane landed safely in Belgrade, where medical teams promptly attended to the unwell passenger without delay.
Once the passenger’s condition stabilises and the necessary procedures are completed, the aircraft will resume its journey to Ankara.
