Direct Hit from ANKA III! ASELSAN LGK-82 Munition Successfully Launched
ANKA III, the unmanned combat aircraft developed by Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ), has added another capability to its arsenal. ANKA III successfully launched the LGK-82 (Laser Guidance Kit) munition produced by ASELSAN, hitting its target with pinpoint accuracy.
Following the successful completion of the test firing, TUSAŞ released a statement, saying: “We are determined to strengthen our defence industry and reinforce our dominance in the skies.”

After ANKA III’s latest capability gain, the President of the Defence Industry, Haluk Görgün, made an important statement. Görgün said:
“The successful launch of ASELSAN’s LGK-82 munition by ANKA III takes our air superiority to the next level. This critical capability achievement is a concrete testament to our national engineering expertise and the steadfast progress of our defence industry. I wholeheartedly congratulate all engineers, technical teams, and subcontractors involved in the project, particularly those at ASELSAN and TUSAŞ. Produced by TUSAŞ, ANKA III is advancing as one of the most strategic assets of the Turkish Armed Forces, thanks to its advanced engineering infrastructure and integration of domestic defence technologies. The successful launch of the ASELSAN LGK-82 munition has once again showcased both TUSAŞ’s engineering competence in unmanned aerial vehicle projects and Türkiye’s vision of independence in the defence industry.
In the coming period, ANKA III is expected to continue with further munition tests, capability enhancements, and integration activities without interruption.
