İGA Istanbul Airport continues to strengthen its corporate structure, announcing two key senior appointments. Accordingly, İsmail Özhan Özmen has been appointed as General Manager of İGA Construction, while Murat Kerrar has been named Deputy General Manager of İGA Operations Technical Services.
Having served in various positions within the construction sector since 2007, İsmail Özhan Özmen began his career at Kalyon Construction. He later took on significant responsibilities in the fields of Construction, Procurement, Design, Engineering, and Project Management at Zirve Holding and Kalyon Kentsel. A graduate of Yıldız Technical University’s Civil Engineering Department, Özmen is currently pursuing his studies in the Art History Department at Marmara University. It was announced that in his new role, Özmen will report directly to the Board of Directors of İGA Istanbul Airport.
Meanwhile, newly appointed Deputy General Manager of İGA Operations Technical Services, Murat Kerrar, graduated from Yıldız Technical University with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Kerrar began his professional career in the project contracting sector in 2006 and has held key project management roles within the Alarko-Cengiz Partnership and the Kalyon-Kolin-Cengiz Partnership. It was stated that in his new position, Kerrar will report to İGA Istanbul Airport CEO Selahattin Bilgen.
