Applications are open for cabin crew positions to be based in Antalya, with candidates who reside in Antalya or are able to relocate being eligible to apply.

Open to Experienced and Inexperienced Candidates
Both experienced cabin crew members and candidates wishing to take their first step into an aviation career may apply for the open positions. Required Qualifications
Applicants must be citizens of the Republic of Türkiye and hold a Turkish passport valid for at least two years. As the duty location is Antalya, candidates who reside in Antalya or are able to relocate are preferred.
Candidates must:
- Have no health conditions that would prevent them from performing flight duties,
- Have no criminal record,
- For candidates educated in Türkiye, be at least an associate degree graduate.
For candidates educated abroad, it is expected that they have completed at least 10 years of education and hold a high school diploma or an equivalent certificate.
Language Proficiency and Experience Requirements
- A minimum English proficiency of B1 level is preferred; however,
- Candidates who have a good command of Russian, German, Dutch or other European languages will be prioritised.
For experienced cabin crew members, the following requirements apply:
- Their last active flight duty must not be more than five years ago,
- They must hold a valid TES (Attestation) certificate.
