The results of the “Top 500 Companies in Anatolia” survey, conducted by Ekonomist magazine to highlight production outside Turkey’s three largest cities, have been announced. Leading airline company Corendon Airlines secured a spot among the top-ranking companies in the study, which marks its 21st year.
Corendon Airlines was one of six Antalya-based companies to make it onto Ekonomist magazine’s “Anatolia: 500” list. The airline distinguished itself with its contributions to Antalya’s and Turkey’s economy, as well as its standout performance in areas such as technological innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility.
The Anatolia 500 survey, which has been conducted since 2004, examines companies in Anatolian cities that are increasingly contributing to Turkey’s production, exports, and employment. By focusing on criteria such as economic contribution and production capacity, the survey provides insights into regional economic developments and Turkey’s overall economic landscape.
