The Safety Review Board and Management Review meetings for 2024 have been successfully concluded.
Within the structure of the TGS Integrated Management System, both meetings efficiently addressed various topics, including the overall service performance of ground handling activities, customer feedback and satisfaction, internal audit results, non-conformities and corrective-improvement activities, business process efficiency and performance, the achievement status of integrated goals, risk analysis and assessments, employee training and resource needs, and opportunities for improvement. Decisions forming the basis of TGS’s Strategic Plan and projects were also made, considering the strategic plans and sustainability goals of all our customer airlines and stakeholders.
