Boeing has reached an agreement to acquire Spirit AeroSystems. According to the company’s statement, the deal is valued at $37.25 per share, amounting to approximately $4.7 billion. Including Spirit AeroSystems’ net debt, the total transaction value is around $8.3 billion.
