Baykar, one of the companies that achieved the highest export in the Turkish defense and aerospace industry last year, continues to share its success with its employees. The company has decided to distribute an average of 18 months’ worth of profit share to its personnel.
Baykar, prominent globally in the unmanned aerial vehicles sector, has achieved great success in the industry over the past 6 years. This success has been felt not only by the company’s management but also by its employees. Baykar decided to distribute profit shares to its employees who have been working in the company for more than 6 years or have been serving as unit managers for over 2 years. It was stated that the distributed profit share averages up to 18 months’ worth of salary.
The Baykar management announced this decision to its employees in a letter. In the expressions signed by the owners of the company, Haluk Bayraktar and Selçuk Bayraktar, the following words were included: “We are delighted to share a part of our company’s earnings with you, our valuable colleagues, who have been working side by side with us for more than six years or have been serving as unit managers. We take pride in each and every one of you and thank you for your efforts and steadfastness. We are honored to be comrades-in-arms with you.”
