AMAC Aerospace Turkey has updated its salary payment policy to ensure the economic stability of its employees. As of September 2025, if the Central Bank EUR/TRY exchange rate is below 56 TL, salaries will be paid at a fixed rate of 56 TL. If the rate exceeds 56 TL, payments will be calculated based on the current exchange rate.

AMAC Aerospace Turkey has made a significant change in its salary policy to protect the welfare of its employees against economic uncertainties. As of September 2025, salaries will be paid at the fixed rate of 56 TL if the Central Bank EUR/TRY rate falls below that level. If it rises above 56 TL, the payments will be calculated according to the prevailing Central Bank rate. With this decision, AMAC Aerospace Turkey aims to minimise the impact of current economic fluctuations on employee salaries.
In a statement from AMAC Aerospace Turkey’s senior management, it was emphasised that the decision was shaped with the aim of enhancing employees’ financial security, and that it represents a 12% increase compared to the previous company rate of 50 TL.
