The city of Almaty, Kazakhstan, is hosting the Regional Seminar on “Green Airports” from November 6-7, 2024, organized by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and ACI EUROPE, with the support of Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Transport and the Kazakhstan Civil Aviation Authority. Almaty International Airport, TAV Airports, and Groupe ADP are among the main sponsors of this important event.

“We look forward to participating in discussions that inspire a sustainable future. With our $250 million investment in Almaty Airport, we have increased capacity from 3.5 million to 14 million. With the new international terminal opened in June 2024, we are committed to establishing Almaty as a regional hub and promoting responsible, sustainable growth. Decarbonization is no longer optional; it is essential for the future of aviation and our planet.”
