AJet Launches New International Routes: Three More Added to Its Global Network

Turkey’s dynamic airline brand AJet continues to rapidly expand its international flight network. In the first half of 2025, AJet launched three new international routes covering Europe, the Turkic Republics, and North Africa, reaching a total of 58 destinations across 33 countries.

Aiming to offer passengers more route options, AJet has added Istanbul–Stockholm, Istanbul–Ganja–Nakhchivan, and Ankara–Cairo to its international flight network. With the addition of eight new international destinations in just the first six months of the year, AJet is significantly expanding its regional and global reach.

Ankara–Cairo Route Launched on 1 June

Increasing its operations in North Africa, AJet has added to its existing Istanbul–Cairo service by launching a new route from Ankara. The first flight from Ankara Esenboğa Airport to Cairo International Airport took place on 1 June. With this new route, AJet became the first and only airline offering direct flights between Ankara and Cairo.

Flights will be operated three times a week in both directions and are expected to meet high seasonal demand throughout the summer.

Daily Flights to Stockholm with AJet

Bringing new momentum to its European network, AJet is also launching operations on the Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen–Stockholm Arlanda route. Beginning on 2 June, flights will be scheduled daily.

Stockholm, the capital of Scandinavia, will become one of AJet’s key destinations in Europe, reflecting the airline’s growing presence across the continent.

New Route to the Turkic Republics: Istanbul–Ganja–Nakhchivan

AJet is adding another route to its destinations in the Turkic Republics. Starting 3 June, the Istanbul–Ganja–Nakhchivan route will operate with two round-trip flights per week.

Departing from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen, these flights will offer direct access to the Azerbaijani cities of Ganja and Nakhchivan. The new route is expected to strengthen cultural and commercial ties in the region.

33 Countries, 58 International Destinations

With the addition of these new routes, AJet has significantly expanded its international network in the first half of 2025. Now operating in 33 countries with 58 international destinations, the airline proudly offers its passengers an even broader range of travel options.
