Airbus SE (Stock Code: AIR) has announced its financial results for the first nine months of 2025. During this period, the company delivered 507 commercial aircraft and increased its revenues by 7% to €47.4 billion.
Airbus CEO Guillaume Faury stated, “Our nine-month results reflect the strength of our commercial aircraft deliveries and the steady performance of our Defence, Space, and Helicopters divisions. Even in a complex operational environment, we are progressing resolutely towards our production targets. We are maintaining our 2025 outlook, considering current economic conditions and tariffs.”

Growth and Production Increase in Commercial Aircraft
Airbus’s commercial aircraft revenues reached €33.9 billion. The company continues to target a monthly production rate of 75 aircraft for the A320 Family by 2027 and plans to reach 12 aircraft/month for the A350 by 2028.
The A220 program’s production plan has been revised to target 12 aircraft/month in 2026. The A330 will reach 5 aircraft/month by 2029, in line with customer demand.

Strong Performance in Helicopters and Defence Segments
Airbus Helicopters delivered 218 units, increasing its revenues by 16% to €5.7 billion. Adjusted EBIT amounted to €495 million.
Airbus Defence and Space increased revenues by 17% to €8.9 billion, supported by high volumes across all business lines. Adjusted EBIT for the division reached €420 million.
Regarding the A400M program, Airbus has made progress on deliveries to France and Spain in collaboration with OCCAR, while continuing negotiations to improve production visibility.
Financial Outlook: 2025 Targets Maintained
Considering current economic conditions and tariffs, Airbus is maintaining its 2025 targets:
- Approximately 820 commercial aircraft deliveries
- Approximately €7 billion adjusted EBIT
- Approximately €4.5 billion free cash flow
New Space Company Established
On 23 October 2025, Airbus signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Leonardo and Thales. Through this partnership, the parties aim to consolidate their space activities under a single entity to strengthen Europe’s strategic space capabilities. The new company is expected to commence operations in 2027.
