The European aircraft manufacturer Airbus has released its order and delivery figures for May 2025. During the month, Airbus delivered a total of 51 aircraft to 32 customers. No new gross orders were recorded.
243 Deliveries in the First Five Months of the Year
Since the beginning of 2025, Airbus has delivered a total of 243 aircraft to 61 different customers. The 51 deliveries in May included both single-aisle and widebody aircraft models.
No Gross Orders
In May, Airbus did not receive any new gross orders. Nevertheless, the company’s overall delivery performance for 2025 is seen as a strong indicator of recovery following the impact of the pandemic.

Focus Turns to the Paris Air Show
While the absence of new orders in May stands out, Airbus is expected to announce significant new orders at the Paris Air Show, scheduled for June 2025. The company is reportedly working on various strategic partnerships to boost interest particularly in its A320neo and A350 programmes.
