“Bringing Kazakh Hospitality to the Skies”
Yelena Obukhova, Vice President of In-Flight Services at Air Astana, emphasised that the awards reflect not only the quality of the airline’s products but also its dedication to passenger experience:
“These prestigious awards highlight the strong international reputation of our in-flight products. While embracing the unique Kazakh approach to hospitality, we are proud to consistently meet global standards.”
A Global Benchmark for In-Flight Quality
These international awards not only enhance brand prestige but also serve as independent quality indicators, assessing airlines’ performance in areas such as design, comfort, functionality, and sustainability. The products are evaluated by focus groups made up of experienced travellers who have a deep understanding of passenger needs.
