Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), the parent company of Malaysia Airlines, has announced a collaboration with Mercedes-Benz Malaysia (MBM) to redefine the concept of luxury service. This strategic partnership aims to deliver exclusive experiences for premium customers and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Exclusive Terminal Transfer Service with a Luxury Sedan Fleet
From 16 January 2025, Malaysia Airlines will offer seamless transfers between KLIA Terminal 1 Main Terminal and the Satellite Building using a fleet of luxury sedans provided by Mercedes-Benz Malaysia. The vehicles included in this service are:
- Mercedes-Benz S 580 e Plug-in Hybrid sedans
- Fully electric Mercedes-Benz EQS 500 4MATIC models
This 24-hour service will be exclusively available to Malaysia Airlines’ Enrich Platinum and Gold members.

Exclusive Ownership Experience and Unparalleled Journeys
Malaysia Airlines’ Enrich Platinum and Gold members will enjoy exclusive benefits on select Mercedes-Benz electric and hybrid models through the #MyMercedesRewards programme.
Members purchasing a new Mercedes-Benz car will also have the opportunity to partake in a unique journey to Germany.
Access to Exclusive Events
Enrich members of Malaysia Airlines will gain access to luxury events hosted by Mercedes-Benz Malaysia. Similarly, Mercedes-Benz customers will be invited to premium travel and lifestyle events organised by Malaysia Airlines.
Long-Term Transfer Privileges
From 1 March 2025, customers purchasing Mercedes-Benz vehicles will enjoy year-round access to Malaysia Airlines’ exclusive transfer services, promising a blend of luxury and comfort during travel.
