Turkish Airlines (THY) has launched a new career and internship programme under the Take-Off Programme d’Apprentissage 2026 for students across France. The programme brings together officially recognised education models in France such as BTS, BUT, Titre Professionnel and CFA with practical work experience in the aviation industry.
Hands-On Experience in Different Departments
Students accepted into the programme will take on roles in various departments, including administrative affairs, sales, marketing, accounting, passenger services, ticketing, flight operations support and, for suitable profiles, Turkish Cargo operations. It was stated that the programme aims to provide fundamental aviation competencies within Turkish Airlines’ international corporate structure.

Within the scope of the Take-Off Programme d’Apprentissage 2026, participants will be offered:

- Transportation and meal support,
- Corporate social benefits,

Application and Evaluation Process
Applications to the programme will be assessed through a multi-stage evaluation process consisting of online tests, group work and interview stages. Through the programme, Turkish Airlines aims to introduce young talent in France to the aviation sector at an early stage and to offer long-term career opportunities.
